Our consultations are approximately 1-2 hours and will involve an analysis of the home and recommendations on improvements in a detailed report.  Prior to booking we will need a floor plan of your house or apartment, drawn to scale showing all the rooms, doors and windows and know the construction date of the building within a 20 year period (eg 1944-1964, 1964 – 1984 etc).
